John Pritchard is the founder and principal of the company. John is praised for his ability to take complex technical situations and explain them so they can be understood and wise decisions can be made. His communications skills have led him to be called upon to give provocative and entertaining presentations. |

Co-owner and Chief Financial Officer
Kathy Pritchard is the backbone of Catalyst providing administrative services such as invoicing, payables, human resources, purchasing, and making sure our clients are able to contact us.

Daniel Middleton - Engineer Daniel received his Computer Networking/Information Services degree from WITCC. Before coming to Catalyst Solutions in October of 2006, Daniel worked for the Boy and Girls Home/Family Services. Daniel's experience ranges from PC repair/troubleshooting, Windows 2000/2003 domains, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and internet connections, deploying network services and applications. Daniel is CSSA and MCP certified and is moving forward with getting his MCSE certification.

Jeremy Stivers -
Engineer
Jeremy Stivers is another one of our Technical Consultants. With over 11 years technical experience, seven which were at Tyson Foods, Jeremy brings in-depth knowledge of PC hardware, software, network and printers. Jeremy is certified in Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Dell Premier Hardware.

Pam Abdoo - Office Manager
Before arriving at Catalyst Solutions, Inc., Pam's vast experience includes 18 years at MCI where she worked in Sgt Bluff, Ia; Springfield, Mo; Denver, Co; Chandler, Az and Colorado Springs, Co. Out of those 18 years, 11 years were spent working in the IT group(4 years as IT manager). After the MCI/Verizon merger, Pam moved onto become the IT Director at Peak Vista Community Health Center in Colorado Springs, Co where she was responsible for the IT department in 11 facilities.

History
Catalyst Solutions was founded in Sioux City, Iowa, in 1994 by John Pritchard. John had
worked in technology as a supercomputer engineer, manager of software services and director
of a computer center. Catalyst was founded by John to fill the gap between those people requiring
technical solutions and those people selling technical solutions. In the desire to sell, John often
found that technical sales people did not always offer what was best for the customer. Having the
experience of working in a technical department, as well as managing one, gave John the ability
to put himself in the client's shoes. Some of the milestones in the history of Catalyst include:
- Sioux City School District MIS - Implementation of the financial and student
MIS systems
- SiouxLAN - Creation of one of the Midwest's first commercial web sites
which continues to exist today as a major hub for the tri-state region.
- Pioneer Internet - Primary consultant for the areas first major ISP
- Internet Institute - Designed and taught a series of seminars that
helped organizations understand and plan their
Internet strategies
- TechTalk - Hosted a Saturday morning talk show to educate the region on
current happenings in the technology industry
- Computer Systems Technology Program - Led the design and establishment of the CST
curriculum at North Iowa Area Community College
- TechLaunch 2010 - Led the planning and coordination of the areas largest
technology conference, including keynotes from the CIO of MCI WorldCom and the Vice President of
Gateway
